Our Founder

Kasie Valenti

With a unique blend of military precision and entrepreneurial expertise, our founder is dedicated to empowering startups and organizations to scale effectively. An Army veteran with seven and a half years of military leadership experience—including roles as Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, and Company Commander—she pairs her strategic insight with a strong academic foundation in Communications, Management & Leadership, and Corporate Innovation & Entrepreneurship. She has been instrumental in launching five new programs for non-profits, developing and launching a mobile app, consulting on brand expansions for B2B and B2C companies, and driving strategic growth across diverse industries.
